I’m Brittney, the heart behind Il Piccolo Bar & Foto Booth,
Originally from Suwanee, Georgia, I made my way to Charleston in 2021 alongside my fiancé, Tyler, as we forged ahead in building our dream together.
Our Story
With over 23 years of combined experience in events and weddings, Tyler and I are committed to crafting experiences that resonate deeply with our clients.
The idea for our photo booth venture began when Tyler surprised me by bringing our golden retriever, Ace, to have his portrait taken at a neighborhood event. The joy we felt from that simple photo made me realize how powerful capturing moments can be and we saw the potential to create something truly special. This, along with our passion for our Italian heritage, is what sparked the creation of Il Piccolo.
Determined to offer a more aesthetic experience to weddings and events, we set out to introduce a unique photo booth concept to Charleston. Thus, Il Piccolo Bar & Foto Booth was born. You’ll usually find us wandering around downtown Charleston—trying out new restaurants, tasting local dishes, and squeezing in some shopping whenever we can.

I wanted to have a photo booth for our wedding for not only our guests to enjoy but to also place in our guest book. I wasn't really excited about a lot of the vendors in the Charleston area until I found Il Piccolo Foto Booth. I loved the fact that the booth came with unlimited prints, had black and white options, different layouts to choose from, and the opportunity to put our wedding seal on the photos themselves! Not only that, but my husband and I would have digital copies of all of the photos to look back on our day.
The booth was an absolute hit. At one point the dance floor was completely empty because everyone was having such a fun time having their photos taken!
In addition, Brittney was absolutely wonderful to work with! Very warm and friendly throughout the whole process. I highly recommend using this booth for your next event!

We used ll Piccolo foto booth for our wedding in April and it was truly one of the best decisions we made! The owner, Brittney, was incredibly nice and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The booth was a huge hit with our guests! We especially loved the look of the black and white prints, which we could customize with our names. One of the highlights was receiving a beautiful box filled with our prints from the night, along with a flash drive of every photo taken. It was so much fun to go through them all on the same night! If you're considering a Photo Booth for your wedding, just do it! You won't regret it. Thank you, y’all are absolutely top notch!

My fiancé and I went back and forth on whether we needed a photobooth at our wedding this past weekend - and we are SO grateful we decided to book with Il Piccolo!!! The photobooth was such a hit - absolutely one of the highlights of our night. Brittney and Tyler were incredibly easy to work with - and were so flexible when we had a bit of inclement weather. We used their boxwood wall as a backdrop and did the black-and-white package - the photos were so glam and every guest had a blast. Brittney also worked closely with me to match the text on the photos to the fonts used for the rest of our wedding signage. Cannot say enough good things! We cannot wait for the full backup of all our photos!
